Robust fixed vertical tower, space-saving articulated up-and-down movement through parallelogram operating arm with ergonomic and effortless positioning and locking. Mounting tool automatically moves up and backwards.

Parallelogram Move Concept
Robust fixed vertical tower with innovative parallelogram operating arm (PAR-MOVE Concept) allows to install tire changer in a working space corresponding to its actual overall dimensions inside the tire shop with no extra rear and side space required. The new design makes the tire changer extremely robust and stiff, granting increased rigidity and eliminating all flexes, and memorizing working position.

Help
Helps easy mounting/demounting of tires, keeping down the tire bead and allowing an easy introduction of bead lever as well as an easy setting in position of the second bead.

Bead Pressing Arm Plus
BP1 Plus pneumatic bead pressing arm (GIULIANO patent) lifts up automatically at the end of the mounting procedure, and moves back in rest position, with no need for the operator to change his working position.

PO System
Patented GIULIANO device to prevent bead loosener blade from getting stuck between rim and tire bead during bead loosening operation.

Smart Blade System
Patented GIULIANO device to memorise bead loosener arm/shovel travel; it is possible to pre-set the starting and final position of bead loosener arm movement. It allows to break the bead of a full set of four wheels without using hands on both bead loosener arm and blade.

Power X
Turntable plate with 4 cylinders, exclusively patented by GIULIANO, allows clamping tire assembly with higher power, reliability and safety.

Two speed chuck
Two speed pneumatic chuck, allows to adjust rotation speed in accordance with the type of operation to perform, ensures work efficiency and safety.
