The 26th edition of Autopromotec, the international biennial exhibition of automotive equipment and aftermarket products, has just closed its doors, so it's time to wrap up on the prestigious trade fair which has been the most complete, specialized and international edition ever. Autopromotec 2015 has hosted 1,587 exhibitors (with a +4.8% increase over the 2013 edition) from 47 countries. A total of 663 exhibitors (42% of the total) at the expo were foreign companies. China, Germany and Great Britain were the most represented countries.
Autopromotec 2015 has confirmed the strong international orientation shown in recent years, and has allowed Giuliano Group to represent the excellence of Made in Italy and introduce, for the first time in Europe, its latest products: XBoss and Crossage EVO Plus, "leverless" tire-changers.
XBOSS is the evolution of robotic tire changers, designed according to new SAFAST concept (Safe on Wheel, Fast on Work), to make everyday’s tire service business faster, safer and more reliable.
EVO PLUS is the further evolution of Crossage and Crossage Evo tire changers, both winners of Top 20 Tools Award, in 2011 and 2013. New Crossage Evo Plus optimizes operators' performance and allows to use traditional bead lifting lever (in case of soft or small tires).
Innovative and unique SPIDERFROG measuring device has created great interest both among experts and among numerous visitors, as it offers the possibility to check and measure bending and torsion of tire changers' main parts under stress, which is typical of tire mount/demount operations. Developed in cooperation with Darmstadt University of Technology, tested and approved by German MPA, Spiderfrog is an excellent and useful device, which helps to design and develop reliable high performance tire changers with reinforced chassis. New Spiderfrog allows precise measuring of rigidity and resistance under stress, fundamental elements for a good performance of your tire changer under the most critical conditions.
Autopromotec 2015 became also an excellent occasion to celebrate Giuliano’s 40th anniversary. The exhibition, which has always been the world's meeting point for automotive industry, has also given us the opportunity to organize the anniversary party for all our partners. The party was held at Giuliano Group booth on Thursday, 21 May 2015, evening; where we had the chance meet and personally thank our loyal customers, driving force of the company, for their important support and confidence towards us, year after year. The experience acquired over the years has enabled Giuliano Group to become one of the major players in a market segment, where technological EVOlution has changed both tires and the way to handle them.
