Giuliano Industrial S.p.a. at Agritechnica 2019 in Hannover, the reference and specialized trade fair for automation systems, modules, components and accessories for agriculture and related industrial sectors.
At Agritechnica, innovation is crucial, and even though wheel service sector (in which Giuliano is a world market leader) is not the main focus of the fair, we felt that participating could be a chance not to miss!

Wheel service for heavy vehicles is gaining more and more value and importance, and from the traditional assistance at the specialized workshop it has been transformed into mobile service, fleet management, different solutions and alternatives that involve the use of special equipment, capable of meeting these needs at best and in total safety for wheel and operator.
From this interpretation of market needs, the S 562 tyre changer and the S 861 wheel balancer are born for truck wheels mobile service, which we successfully distribute on all international markets since their initial presentation.
A complete choice of tyre changers and wheel balancers for truck and heavy vehicle wheels from 12 "to 58", and the testing lines for heavy vehicles, grant our partners the possibility of satisfying multiple needs of the end user.

• S 560 PRO - super-automatic tyre changer for truck and heavy duty wheels with 14 "to 46" / 58 " rims, with hydraulic movements of both the self-centering spindle arm (up-downt) and the tool holder arm carriage (from left to right and from right to left). Simultaneous tilt and shift movement of the arm and double tool rotation using the same control button.
• S 861 - portable digital electronic wheel balancer with manual spinning for truck wheels dedicated to mobile service.
• S 700 - safety cage for inflating car wheels, light commercial and industrial vehicles, equipped with a digital computerized electronic inflation system.

Special accessories for truck tyre changers, dedicated to specific needs to protect and safeguard rim and tyre will be presented to industry specialists, confirming Giuliano's capability to understand and satisfy every request.
