G1 wins again, in Imola !
16/10/2014

At Enzo e Dino Ferrari International Autodrome (Imola, Italy) the second-last European Formula 3 Championship Grand Prix of the season took place. Giuliano attended this event, as usual, with its G1 Sport tyre changer for racing competition and motorsport cars. In an almost entire Racing week, full of tests and events, as Imola has hosted the second round of ACI Racing WeekEnd, with free public access to the Paddock, our G1 Sport tyre changers have challenged about 10.000 (!!) Hankook competition tyres. The quality and efficiency of Giuliano tyre changers got the applause of all tyre professionals, who, despite high work volume, were able to mount/demount tyres in total safety, without any risk of damaging the rim or tyre.

Watched by Gerhard Berger, now president of the FIA's single seater racing cars commission, and a former Formula One racing driver, Esteban Ocon reached great success in the FIA Formula 3 Championship (on Saturday), as well as Max Verstappen and Tom Blomqvist celebrated victory in the second and third races (on Sunday). The ranking leader is now Esteban Ocon, while final round of the season is scheduled for next weekend at Hockenheim.

As for the other races of the event, Brandon Maisano, Sennan Fielding, Mattia Drudi got the win in the Italian F.4 Championship Powered By Abarth; Marco Magli (Ferrari 458 Italia) and Casè-Giammaria (Ferrari 458 Italia) won in the Italian GT3 Championship. Valentino Fornaroli was the winner of GT Cup (Porsche 997). Federico Zangar, Walter Meloni e Piero Necchi won three races in the "Campionato Italiano Turismo Endurance". And finally, Vito Postiglione got double victory in the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia.
