Giuliano Automotive Reflects on 2024: A Year of Innovation, Expansion, and Commitment

As 2024 draws to a close, Giuliano Automotive is proud of a year characterised by significant progress, major achievements, and an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation. Here’s a look at our company’s key milestones and achievements this year.

1. Leadership in Industry Advocacy

This year, Gianluca Maselli, our President and Export Manager, was elected EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER of AICA, the Italian Association of Garage Equipment Manufacturers. AICA has been representing Italian garage equipment manufacturers at national and international level since 1976. Italian production of automotive service equipment is well-known and recognized worldwide, as Italy is home to the world’s largest concentration of garage equipment manufacturers. Many of these manufacturers showcase their innovations at the Autopromotec International Show in Bologna (ITALY).

2. Expansion of the Italian headquarters

In 2024, Giuliano Automotive expanded its Italian plant to meet growing demand and increase production capacity. As part of this expansion, several new employees were hired on the assembly line, along with the addition of a new Sales Director for the European market. These investments not only strengthen our production capacity but also reinforce our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers across Europe.

3. Brand-new subsidiary in China

As part of our ongoing global expansion, Giuliano Group (ITALY) has also opened a new subsidiary in Suzhou, China. This strategic investment reflects our commitment to meeting the increasing demands of our valued customers in China and the Far East.
The state-of-the-art facility covers more than 10,000 square meters and includes advanced production lines, a dedicated research and development (R&D) area, a new training centre, and a showroom. The new assembly lines are poised to boost production capacity by 20% and strengthen our capacity to meet demand across China and the Far East region, supporting our long-term global growth.

4. Product Innovations at Automechanika Frankfurt 2024

At Automechanika Frankfurt, one of the industry's largest and most renowned trade fairs, we proudly introduced our latest innovations, including our NEW Pro Balance Line of wheel balancers with a wide range of 2D and 3D models, featuring advanced functionalities, enhancing user efficiency and accuracy, in a fresh design, which now extends across our entire product range!
We unveiled TOR-X tire machine, a groundbreaking device specifically designed for heavy military vehicles equipped with Run-Flat tires.
In addition, we were excited to see our iconic Crossage Evo Plus tire changer exhibited at the official Würth GmbH booth. This partnership highlights the innovative edge and reliability of our equipment, designed to make tire changing more efficient and user-friendly for workshops worldwide.
The event was a tremendous success, drawing global attention and positive feedback from partners and clients, further establishing Giuliano Automotive as a leader in tire service solutions.

5. Digital Transformation and Integration

In 2024, Giuliano Automotive completed an extensive internal digitalization process, transitioning to a state-of-the-art, web-based management system accessible both locally and through the cloud. Designed with a responsive mobile interface, this system leverages cutting-edge 4.0 technologies, including AI and Big Data, to introduce advanced data analytics capabilities for strategic forecasting.
This digital transformation enhances our operational efficiency, strengthens our ability to employ data-driven insights, and drives fundamental changes, taking all business operations to the next level.

6. Honoring Long-Standing Employees

This year, we celebrated an exceptional milestone for several of our team members who have reached 35 years of dedicated service at Giuliano Automotive. Their loyalty and expertise reflect our commitment to creating a positive, enduring work environment and highlight the strength of our team as we continue to grow and innovate. Looking Forward to 2025

As we look ahead to 2025, we are thrilled to announce our upcoming participation in the Autopromotec International Show in Bologna, one of Italy’s largest automotive industry events. Next year will also mark a momentous time in our history, as it leads us into the final year before our 50th anniversary.
