The following systems and devices will be presented on the machines:

• PO System – device to avoid the problem of bead breaker blade getting stuck into the rim while loosening the bead.
• SBS (Smart Blade System) memorizes bead breaker travel, so that both starting and finishing position of bead breaker can be pre-set. Thanks to SBS, it is possible to loosen the bead of a whole set of 4 tires, while operator won't have to use hands to help bead breaker arm or blade.
• Power X - 4 cylinders clamping turntable, grants double clamping power on jaws, and most of all, much more reliability and safety.
• Quadra Lock is a combined locking mechanism that grants 4-ways movement of squared horizontal arm to cancel all flexes of horizontal arm and operating arm, in order to eliminate the play and consequences arising from mechanical stress of operating arm and horizontal arm during operations.
• HELP, PRESS ARM and HP2 – additional auxiliary helper systems provide valuable support in mounting/demounting tires, eliminating manual effort by the operator.
