New high performance tire changers range with parallelogram operating arm

A new working concept based on articulated parallelogram movement of the operating arm.
The most innovative features of the new Giuliano machines can be summed up in the following key concepts:

• Reinforced chassis and new robust fixed vertical tower with innovative parallelogram operating arm (PAR- MOVE CONCEPT) grant much higher rigidity than in any conventional tilt back model.
• Thanks to Par - Move Concept based on articulated parallelogram movement of the operating arm, the new Giuliano tire changersdo not require any additional rear and side space, as with conventional tilt back models, and can be installed in a working space perfectly fitting their actual overall dimensions.

The new range includes 4 models:

• SX 120 is the basic model. Equipped with the new LP 2016 mounting head, designed to handle both standard and low profiled tire applications by using traditional bead lifting lever. Patented SBS System for bead breaker shovel travel memory. Fixed roller plate to ease bead breaking of heavy wheels. New air control box containing filter-lubricator unit. Patented POWER X four cylinders clamping turntable grants double (uniform) clamping power on jaws, further than reliability and safety (rim clamping range from 10“ to 28” without any presetting or adjustment).
• SX 120 PRO DUO, dedicated to top professionals, adds Help 120 additional pneumatic helper tower and patented BP1 Plus bead pressing arm, complete with self-storage function (standard), to the above mentioned basic SX120. Tools Storage Box 120 accessory is also included.
• SX 120 PRO DUO LNL is the more complete version, equipped with patented LeverNoLever manual mount/demount system to enhance its performance. The system can work either with or without a bead lifting lever, so you can decide which is the most effortless way to operate on specific tyre applications.
• S 121 center post tire changer, equipped with patented SMART LOCK ultra-quick wheel clamping system (the fastest wheel clamping system in the world !!) and innovative patented LeverNoLever device. Double rotation speed by pedal and motoinverter. Double arm/disk air operated bead breaker system. New air control box and storage box. BP1 Plus bead pressing arm, complete with self-storage function, GIULIANO patent.

At Autopromotec (Hall 19 Stand A66), the novelties will not be limited to the new parallelogram range but there will be also the new S 562 truck tire changer (designed for mobile service) for 13 "-27" wheels and an area dedicated to the new wheel balancers.
