Thanks to the patented QX Plus system, each tyre can be demounted both in the traditional way and in the “no lever” mode by simply acting on a control switch. The video shows how to demount and mount a tyre using the traditional bead lifting lever (QX Plus in "lever" mode).

The video shows how to demount and mount a tyre without using the bead lifting lever (QX Plus in "no lever" mode). By using QX Plus mount/demount system (Giuliano Patent) it is possible to remove the tyre from the rim in a safe and error-free way. BP1 Plus pneumatic bead pressing arm (GIULIANO patent) makes mounting/demounting operations on the second bead of ultra-low profile tyres much easier. As a plus it automatically returns to its rest position at the end of the procedure, with no need for the operator to change his working position.

The video shows how to demount and mount a tyre without using the bead lifting lever (QX Plus in "no lever" mode). Double arm/disk air operated bead breaker system is operated through a control console. Bead breaker disks are slightly but purposely misaligned with the rim center for a better and faster penetration and immediate bead loosening, Center Driven Concept (GIULIANO patent). Double rotation speed by pedal (motoinverter). The lower bead breaker disk can be properly positioned with the help of the mirror that is specially designed for this purpose.
