QX Plus is the only system that combines the advantages of "leverless" device to those of a standard mount/demount tool. QX can be quickly and easily turned into a traditional mount/demount tool by pressing a switch. Basically, you have two tire changers in one: leverless and traditional !
You decide which one is the fastest, easiest or most effortless way to operate on specific tire applications: the machine will adapt to your operation.
BP1 Plus is a powerful pneumatic bead pressing system, facilitating mounting/demounting operations of UHP and run-flat tires; and "Plus", at the end of the mounting procedure, it lifts up automatically, releasing the pressure on the bead and stowing itself in "rest" position, with no need for the operator to change his working position.
The arc movement of the bead loosener disks allows the disks to work purposely in a misaligned position with the center hole of the rim (Center Driven Concept), thereby ensuring a better and faster penetration of the disks towards the center of the rim during the normal clockwise rotation and reducing the bead loosening time at a single turn.
Ergonomic and user-friendly, thanks to pneumatic control systems it can be used with just one hand!
Crossage EVO Plus tire-changer is suitable for fitting/removing all kinds of passenger car tires from 12" to 34" (max. wheel diam. 1200 mm./47", max. wheel width 406 mm./16") and it is recommended for top professional tire specialists, servicing run flat and UHP tires with no tool/rim contact.

Mounting/ Demounting a standard tire.

Thanks to the patented QX Plus system, each tire can be demounted both in the traditional way and in the “no lever” mode by simply acting on a control switch. The video shows how to demount and mount a tire using the traditional bead lifting lever (QX Plus in "lever" mode).

Mounting / Demounting a low-profile tire.

The video shows how to demount and mount a tire without using the bead lifting lever (QX Plus in "no lever" mode). By using QX Plus mount/demount system (Giuliano Patent) it is possible to remove the tire from the rim in a safe and error-free way. BP1 Plus pneumatic bead pressing arm (GIULIANO patent) makes mounting/demounting operations on the second bead of ultra-low profile tires much easier. As a plus it automatically returns to its rest position at the end of the procedure, with no need for the operator to change his working position.

Mounting / Demounting a run-flat tire.

The video shows how to demount and mount a tire without using the bead lifting lever (QX Plus in "no lever" mode). Double arm/disk air operated bead breaker system is operated through a control console. Bead breaker disks are slightly but purposely misaligned with the rim center for a better and faster penetration and immediate bead loosening, Center Driven Concept (GIULIANO patent). Double rotation speed by pedal (motoinverter). The lower bead breaker disk can be properly positioned with the help of the mirror that is specially designed for this purpose.
