SLOCK

Smart Lock
SMART LOCK is the fastest manual wheel clamping system on spindle chuck in the world. Thanks to the “expanding nut” (GIULIANO exclusive patent), you just need a 90° movement on the knob after dropping the shaft into the center hole, to have a complete, safe and reliable wheel clamping on your spindle chuck, with no need of tricky hooking. Complete wheel clamping operation needs just 2 seconds. The absence of a turntable plate removes the restraint of the clamping range, normally found on conventional rim-clamp tire changers.

PAR MOVE (TC)

Parallelogram Move Concept
Robust fixed vertical tower with innovative parallelogram operating arm (PAR-MOVE Concept) allows to install tire changer in a working space corresponding to its actual overall dimensions inside the tire shop with no extra rear and side space required. The new design makes the tire changer extremely robust and stiff, granting increased rigidity and eliminating all flexes, and memorizing working position.

Smart Blade System
Patented GIULIANO device to memorise bead loosener arm/shovel travel; it is possible to pre-set the starting and final position of bead loosener arm movement. It allows to break the bead of a full set of four wheels without using hands on both bead loosener arm and blade.

The new S122 tire changer is the “extended” version of S121, which can work either with or without bead lifting lever and does not require any additional rear space in the shop, thanks to patented PAR-MOVE concept, and which includes:
  • Leverless tire mounting/demounting system (Lever-No Lever technology), Giuliano Patent.
  • Patented SMART LOCK ultra-quick wheel-clamping system, through cone and shaft with Smart Lock nut. The fastest wheel-clamping system in the world!
  • Motoinverter system.
  • BP1 Plus pneumatic bead pressing arm, complete with self-storage function, Giuliano Patent.
  • Bead breaker system with air operated double arm/disk.
S 122 tire changer is also equipped with traditional bead breaker shovel featuring patented Smart Blade System (SBS), to memorize both starting and finishing position of the bead breaker arm, in order to break the bead of a full set of four tires without using hands; patented PO System to avoid bead breaker shovel getting stuck between tire and rim; and adjustable bead breaker shovel angle for optimal performance on every tire.

The main features of PAR-MOVE series, together with its working versatility (see multiple-choice devices, such as Lever - No Lever or the dual bead breaker system) will give your customers the chance to have a tire changer with:
